Door Rubbing

For the past 2 weeks or so my passenger side door starting making a noise that I hadn't noticed before. I thought the hinge may just need greased due to the cold or something. Finally inspected it last night and my door is actually rubbing on the engine bay seal. Just wondering if anyone else has also had this issue. I'm fully awake of the usual body panel gaps, but this is a little different. Just don't know what could've caused this as I haven't hit anything, or done anything to the car in that area. Gonna take it to the dealer to hopefully reset the door?

Are you referring to the piece of foam inside the front fender? Just push it back up in there, mine slowly slide back out every few months.
