Does this Clutch Slave Cylinder has problems?

Just buy a new Clutch Slave Cylinder (fr3z-7a508-b) from TASCA for replacing Clutch assembly. The one I receive shows on the photo. It seems like the middle circle no in the center? I think the 2 circle should be concentric. One guys told me after install and spin, the middle circle will return to normal position(in center). Is it ture? Should I buy another one?

Totally normal. I had the same question when I purchased one as well. Looked exactly the same:

Normal. You can shift it around a bit if desired.
