Does Priority affect once car has been scheduled?

My dealer ordered my car as Priority 01 retail after I complained that it was taking so long. I was wondering does it get any special attention after it has been scheduled?

My car has been built but it seems like it has not been released according to Rachel. No ETA.

They are lying to you. Only ford can give 01 to 09. highest order priority is 10 on dealership.

My dealer GM tried to same thing to me he said 1. and i told him back how do you apply 01. only Ford can do that. and he said oh i am sorry. i meant highest priority we can possibly put on.

so i do not think your order priority is 01. i am sorry bro.

Sorry bro. Your wrong. My priority is 01. Rachel confirmed this as well as fordserviceCA. I complained that my car was taking too long. Put a deposit in June. They said they would expedite my order, this priority 1.

He is right. I ordered in May. My dealer talked his rep into giving me a one also. About two months ago . Done me a lot of good LOL

Actually, if he complained and the dealership wanted to keep the customer happy they can call someone high up in the chain (Ford, regional manager) and get it done. Which is what actually happened to him.

I have been waiting for 2 months and 25 days just for a VIN :eye bulge: and nothing yet. I kind of complained (because of lack of communication) but they told me unless I got the hook ups its not possible to put a higher priority. They are lying (about the hook up), simple as that. They can call Ford and explain the issue and the order could be reassigned a 01 but noooo. At this point I think the dealership employees are just lazy.
