We get the exact same specs as you do, and the radio is just the basic one .
We also get the "Australian Owner Handbook" as well, according to my etis spec sheet

I thought the reverse sensor difference meant options are different. Or are you guys also getting reverse sensors?

As for the Shaker system, it is part of Equipment Group 401A - we get 400A according to the window sticker.

my understanding of the audio is there are a few options in the US, There is the standard 6 spkr system, then a premium system with 9 speakers (destined for AUS) which is included in their premium pack, then the Shaker system as an option.
The 9th speaker isn't a sub, it's a centre dash speaker. You can get some 10"powered and enclosed subs from blankput, shaker, kenwood etc that are easy to drop into the stang and replace the standard speakers with Shaker 6.5's and it'll sound pretty good.
