Do the drive settings stick?

It is completely annoying....i will likely have to replace my mode switch at some point.....everytime i get in the car i have to change it.....i already feel like i am wearing it out

I have even asked Lund Tuning about making it stick between ignition cylces and said they couldn't.

The exhaust cycles to normal for every start up but I do believe on cold starts the valves are wide open. Once the cats are warmed up they close. Once it’s warmed up every ignition cycle after will be a quiet start.
