Are the Diode Dynamic headlight and turn signal led bulbs brighter than factory? Are they completely plug and play?

Most aftermarket bulbs I have bought for other cars have been less than stellar. Either they are less bright than the OEM, have poor build quality, longevity issues and or all of the above.

Can anyone chime in?

I feel like the stock xenons are so weak and are barely brighter than halogen.

I have the switchback signals and sidemarkers along with the rear smoked bumper side markers and i can tell you that they are completely plug and play and very bright and clean. I've had them for a year so far. had 1 front bulb start to flicker randomly, called diode and i got a new one the next day.

I've had almost all the DD bulbs for about 2 years now or when they were released (some were more recent release) and love them. The only bulb I regret is the glove compartment because it was a PITA! I don't have the headlight bulbs, I figured I'd let them alone for a bit. I'm looking forward to the DD turn signals!
