Diffuser Colors

I see some Orange cars with black and some with orange rear diffuser. I am looking at a new GT at a dealer and it has orange diffuser. Is it an option to choose diffuser color?

The car I am looking at is 2016 GT w/ performance package but has orange diffuser.

Premium models have the black in it, the base models are all one piece/ one color. Performance pack has nothing to do with it.
