Difficulty of Installing Stripes?

New for 2016 is "over the top stripe" option at $475. But the word is "stripe", not "stripes".

I want to know if it is dual wide stripes applied at the factory? I am ready to order, but the one missing character is causing me delay.

For dual silver stripes, I would choose either Ruby Red or Deep Blue, and with bright wheels.

For DIY, I would order a Race Red, and apply my own white stripes.

Suggestions as to how I can be sure if it is one stripe or two, width, etc??

Looks great! Was the third picture taken midway through the install? There are no pinstripes on the roof in that shot.

Thanks! And yes, that was taken during the install. The pinstripes run the entire length of the car (roof included)

Thanks! The pinstripes are silver and turned out much better than i expected. I originally wanted to try grabber blue for the pinstripes but he only had a shade of blue that was more along the lines of ford blue. It looked good (he put a small sample on the car), but i thought it was a liiiiiiiittle too dark and wouldn't pop enough. I asked him about using white instead and he assured me silver would be a better choice. Needless to say, after viewing all three options on the car I went with the silver and am very glad that I did.

It shouldn't cost anywhere near 800 for stripes and install. Say you buy a dual stripe kit from big worm graphix.. 230 dollars plus install. Install would be another 200-250 at most. But that's going on the hi end. At least down here in the Houston area. You just have to do a little shshoppishopping . Maybe someone in your area that has got stripes could chime in on a reputable place to get them installed at a good price.

Where in PA are you located? My guy was in Lake Hopatcong, NJ.

In between state college and Williamsport. Central part of the state. I have been to a lot of places and that's what they are telling me. Even a ford dealer wants over 800 for them. I would pay 480 to have them installed no problem but 800 way to much.
