Is it normal for a 30 000 miles car that the differential needs to be repaired ?
I don't track the car, i have never used the lane lock feature.

Is it because it's a clutch Limited slip differential that is more fragile than a torsen differential.

THe way i notice it, i could hear like a slight kind of heating fan noise coming from the rear.

Ford is going to change the clutch pack of the differential.

Have you ever changed the gear oil?

Frankly, I don't know if I'd say it's "normal", but based on my ownership of two Camaros and a Mustang, and what I've read from other owners online, it's not uncommon for limited slip diffs on these types of cars to wear out pretty early. The current gen Camaro seems to have a high problem rate with theirs. Is yours making a groaning or whining noise? Sometime fresh gear oil and the use of a limited slip additive can quiet it down.

I can hear a whistle sound the not high pitch noise. Is mostly like a fan, it looks like of the tire noise when you drive on a wet road.

You shouldn't have too. I've had high mileage, 200k miles, vehicles and older vehicles and have never changed the fluid. I wouldn't worry about it and just let warranty take care of it.
