I've had my 2018 GT for about 3 years now, and this winter I plan to finally get around to swapping my 3.55 diff for a 3.73 Torsen. It's gonna be a project, so I'm wondering what else I should do while I'm in there. So far I have:

Steeda diff bushings
https://www.steeda.com/steeda-s550-...t-system-urethane-2015-ecoboost-555-4443.html

Steeda bolt kit
https://www.steeda.com/steeda-555-4051-s550-differential-bolt-upgrade-kit

Steeda subframe alignment that works with my CB005 kit
https://www.steeda.com/steeda-s550-mustang-alignment-kit-rear-subframe-for-bmr-cb005-555-4447.html

I also have the Ford Procal from the FMS tune kit, so I should be able to update what the gearing is.

What else do I need? Do I still need sleeves for the rear bolts if I use the Steeda kit? Should I just use the sleeves and stock bolts? I also assume that things like axle nuts are one-time use, but are there any other truly one-time use parts I need to worry about? I might pick up new subframe bolts just to have clean ones, even though I'm not so concerned about re-using them.

I'm not taking it on a track or strip in the foreseeable future, so I'm probably going to go with the Steeda red inserts. Any recommendations are appreciated. Thanks!
