It takes up to a week for production... the line is constantly moving... that includes everything from body paint and getting the whole thing assembled... by the time it gets to your blend date or born date... the car is complete and goes to awaiting transport...it can be a couple days to even several weeks until it gets in transit... I've seen it on a few of the other mustangs and one that is going to my same dealer... 2 days from production date to already in transit and now it's here though shows still in transit.. perhaps it was put in storage or some damage... I don't knowYes, that is correct. Think of "in-production" as getting your spot in line. The day after you go into production your window sticker will go live and you can see your blend date.
Your blend date is most likely going to be 1 week after the day that you went into production.
Once it gets to your blend day your car is actually being built and in 1-3 days you will see it as complete and waiting for shipment
