I'm in the same boat as you. Build on the 13th, caught a train supposedly soon after. It' been a state away in Arkansas for nearly two weeks now and just passed my EDD yesterday. Maybe next week. :thumbdown::frusty::frusty::frusty:

After flying all sorts of Aircraft as both a Flight Engineer and Pilot for over 40 years, this car's cockpit wraps around you...the Recaro seats add to that feeling as well...you don't sit in the new Mustang, you literally become one with the car! First impressions on the ride itself was...intimidating (as in other vehicles were looking at me and mouths were dropping...Mrs. C was quite pleased!)

Next week it will be receiving FRPP Sport Cat back w/ Black tips, Eibach Pro kit, Whiteline Trans insert, I pre ordered the FRPP Short shifter, hopefully that ships soon.

Have some redline hood struts to install, Taking my JLT Oil/air separator with me when I pick it up today.

Monday it gets a clear bra and tint.... Also have all of Diode's LEDS, Zombie stickers, Tint for tails, etc... I got plenty to keep me busy!!

Great choices, very similar to some of my plans regarding the mechanicals, tint, and diodes. I already have the oil separator, and I'll put it on before I drive the car home. Let us know how the Whiteline and short shifter work out. I'll likely do the Touring Catback (52-mile round trip daily driver) and the Steeda springs with a similar drop as that of the Eibachs.

Your car looks great! White only only looks good on cars with really good design, and the new Stang has that in spades. With the PP, tints, and with your Eibach drop, it will be looking badass.

Phlyguy, don't curb it already! You crazy, I'm paranoid for at least a couple months until I can feel a new car's size with my eyes closed.

Didn't have a choice as we went to visit our Attorney (who is running for Judge) to wish him the best in his election campaign and there was no where else to park it near the courthouse. Not to worry...I was a LOT further from the curb than the pictures show (and it is now safely tucked in my garage for the winter)

Coming from someone who has many a miles in an offroad race truck, been sitting in racing seats my whole life...


AWESOME.. I know, Not for most - But I love buckets, Including in my DD. They're comfy, but firm. Fit well.. I'm 5'7", 165lbs.

I find the Recaro seats excellent for both lateral stability and lumbar support as well as overall cockpit "feel". I am 6'0" at 215 pounds medium build and my spouse is 5'4" 130 pounds. Both of us LOVE the Recaro's and on a 200 plus mile drive we exhibited no driver fatigue caused by the seats themselves :clap2:
