Its called the lethal performance grill delete, technically a grill is still there it is just open​

You can do the same thing with the stock grill. I took the grill out of mine and cut the honeycomb out, sanded and repainted it. Saved all that cash.

Yes, as other members have stated, this is an aftermarket option from lethal performance. Check their product out and you can have that don to your mustang as well
