TampaBear, why do you say that about the dark color? What was so bad about them?
Dark colors can look dingy if not cleaned often enough.

But I will always and forever drive dark-colored cars because they hide panel gaps.

Having a black car is the reason I bought a 2nd car for a daily driver. Got tired of spending 2-3 hours cleaning a car and 10 min later there's pollen or it rains.

I've owned a Black 87 Thunderbird Turbo Coupe and a Moonlight Blue 97 Thunderbird (Which is Very Close to Deep Impact Blue) and Both of them were a Pain In the Ass to Keep Clean. As others have said You spend Hours Cleaning them and Polishing them because of the Swirl Marks and Fine Scratches that are Inevitable with Dark Colors, only to go inside to get a drink and come back to a car covered by Dust, and Pollen. Also Dark Colors Draw Heat which is Not a Good Thing here in Sunny Florida. It gets Really Hot inside a Dark Colored Car here.

I saw a 15' Explorer yesterday in DIB, I dunno....I just dunno. It really took on a purplish hue in the sun. I think I'll stick with magnetic for sure. Still, no mater what color anyone gets, the s550 is going to be awesome !!

WOW!

Not only does this show DIB perfectly, but it's one of the few times, online, that someone's been able to capture the true beauty of S550.....the sort of beauty you only see when you're up close and personal with it :hail:
