Save the debadging for the import crowd.

Clean and modern design is not something only to be owned by "non-America"

The GT350 badging is actually very modern and more "import style" than not relating to the front and rear.

If keep my badging. But I'd be lying if I said the debased version didn't look every bit as awesome is the suited up version.

Let's not hold back forward design and our ability to appreciate it by holding onto this idea that everything related to mustang must have some element of oldness to it.

Hopefully we get an ultramodern 2018 car.

Is the Shelby on the front really the only Shelby callout?

Is anyone else planning on doing this? I was hoping the GT350 on the sides were not aligned with holes in the fender like the 5.0 emblems on the GT. I want my car to look as clean and stealth as possible. If the Cobra emblems aren't removable, I'll at least black them out somehow.
I was. I just picked up mine up. Friends at the body shop installed the front splitter. I asked him to remove the GT350 badges. With monofilament, he started at the front and worked backed. Got half way and the line stopped. There's a mounting pin on the back of the badge that goes into hole in the fender. There's double tape as well. So, if debadging is on your mind, you'll have to fill in that hole and do a touch up paint job to have that clean appearance.

Someone mentioned the regular GT badges had pinholes, and assumed the GT350 badge would be aligned with them also. What did you end up doing with the badge, just stuck it back on? Congratulations on your car btw. Make sure you post pics of your baby man

No pixs yet. It's been raining on & off here in So CA. Next week when the weather clears up, I'll wash & detail it. Take some pics.
We ended up putting some new tape on & left it on. They're smallish in size. Chrome w/black accents. I'm going to black out the Snake in the grill & leave the one in back as is.

Since your friends have a body shop, how feasible, cost wise, is it to actually have the emblems painted black? I would want something like black chrome, but not sure if a company would ever make such a thing.

When the time comes to debadging I'll be interested in buying the cobra emblems

Still think you guys are crazy!! ;)

The badges are already so small the average person won't even notice them. However, the large "Shelby" on the front splitter is a different story.

Good question Shift. I was thinking the same thing. I too like the clean look. If not maybe black out on my RR Track.

Luv how people think what they do is the one all be all and what someones else wants to do is..well...a "ricer"
