I was one of the early orders, they might be better now
Service wise they broke my intake tube connecter doing the recall fix, so i had to replace the whole tube so it wasn't a good start
Haines of maidstone have done work for me, they seem ok.

I've had no problem with Essex auto group at Dunton at the moment, emailed them a few times and got responses fairly soon. Paul who I brought from has himself got a GT, so knows a little of the order process but I've still leant more than him thanks to the forum and Google. I had a heated debate yesterday when I popped in with an older guy in there so I wouldn't go to him (funny haircut).
Paul seems to get things done and is enthusiastic about the Stang.
Service wise when I had my older cars no problems but then they were standard fords.

I know the manager there, very helpful, and would have been happy to go to him. Am still in contact with him
