Dead Pedal / Footrest Options?

I'm not too keen on the stock plastic dead pedal, and not sure why ford didn't match the aluminum pedals to an aluminum dead pedal? :doh:

What options are there without switching the clutch/brake/gas pedals out in terms of just adding a dead pedal? What are you guys/gals using?

Honestly, I haven't been paying much attention to it as there is so many other great things distracting me. If I would guess Ford didn't match because of cost and I believe the average consumer wouldn't notice. I'm sure there will be aftermarket solutions to your problem eventually but I would just enjoy the car until that point as I am

I agree with you but there are aftermarket solutions I believe from Steeda and another company. I saw another post around here somewhere that showed custom pedals which looked great and it included a dead pedal

Ordered a whole set so I could heel toe closer to my Shelby...Gap on the new S550 is 3/4" wider brake to gas compared to Shelby...I'm sure he could do just the dead pedal, it comes in tons of colors. Info is on the thread below Pics.
