Mine sat from November 17th until Christmas Eve this year....I started only because the power save mode message came up on the nav screen. I have since put it on a battery tender plus. It took about 6 hours to get into maintenance mode. It shouldn’t die after 5-7 days!

Mine has 4 D-Cell batteries in it and I change them out once a year wether they need it or not. Never any issues. LOL

Disconnect your negative terminal. Put a milliamp meter between the neg post and the cable. See how much it draws. Normally anything over 50 milliamps would be considered a draw. If your battery is going dead fast, there must be a large draw. If there isn't, it's your battery.
My original battery would go low (12.2 V) after 3-5 days. Replaced with an Odyssey AGM 600 CCA. turns over easily, but I still put it on a tender if it's gonna sit for a week.
