Thanks Jank for the info on embedding video. Luckily I was only travelling at low speed, usually on that stretch of road I would be doing 80 kph.

Yeah, but if you click 'share' it gives the .be address. And if you're doing it on mobile, it gives an m.youtube address that doesn't preview either, so if you're on a computer its much easier

After a couple of weeks testing, definitely keeping the Moovika CPL polarising filters on the front and rear of my F770.

Whilst not improving number plate readability to any degree, they certainly cut down the reflections on both the front and rear windows.

The reflection of the air vents/dash (as can be seen above on @Since-64 's shit your pants clip) is greatly reduced when the filter is installed (as can be seen in my 'Straya clip on the previous page).

After my flat battery incident, I changed it from the lowest possible to the highest.

Not sure if coincidental - but the car has always kicked over since.

Has anyone else had issues with their mini-SD cards dieing in the heat?

I've now had a 64gb and a 16gb card die in the last 2 months.

I got in the car on Tuesday, ambient temp was meant to be about 38c, the temp gauge on the dash was reading 43c so god knows how hot it actually was in the car.

With the Blackvue sitting front and centre behind the rear view mirror it must have copped a roasting and when I got in it was giving the alarm "check SD card" over and over.

The camera itself seems to deal with the heat OK, but the cards don't.

It's going to get expensive real quick buying cards!
