Anyone wanna help a brother out? My F750 is waiting but I'm too chicken to do the wiring by myself

Edit: Willing to repay with beer
I'm no good with that kind of thing either and ended up paying an installer to do it. I believe that HybridGT will be able to offer some good advice.

If you get stuck, the guy who installed mine does mobile installations in the Eastern Suburbs.

msweet Why don't you come by on the weekend?

I don't drink beer, but I'm happy to help you out :D

You'll need to order the fusetaps though. I'll point you in the right direction. Total cost around $30.

What about the Garmin dashcam you can order as an option on the Ford au site? Don't think it does rear though.

What has everyone else done in relation to hardwiring their dash cams?

Fuse taps or splicing into a couple of wires?

Really? You sure it's the exact same type? That's the one I've got (a pair).

maybe i'm too fat to get into the footwell enough to see. A lean bloke like HybridGT would fit easy. Maybe I can come over and see how yours was done?

BTW My Amberlla dash cam is awesome! great picture, very, very happy.

i have tried 3 times to get my magic pro to work as well with no luck.
i even tried to wrap the legs and still no go the green light just flashed briefly when i turned it on.
Can someone please take a picture of the installed taps and the fuses used?
or circle the fuses you used and the colour wire attached ...here is a picture of the fuses
Tip to help get a better position and stop the bruising of the left RIBS on the door jam is to line up two milk crates and a piece of carpet on top and lie across those it makes it heaps easier to position yourself.

Hunter stopped by just 10 minutes ago just to have a chat about the dashcam wiring.

Took a photo while we had the cover off. Hope it's helpful to someone.

Helpful thanks but a couple of questions.
Looks like a different add a circuit cable than I have?
Has it got 2 fuses in the top of the new cable or 1?
Also what colour wires are attached to the circuit from fuse 23 and fuse 2 ?
Sorry and thanks again.
