Dash Camera always running

Hi,
I'm thinking to make my dash camera keep working even the car is parked and shut down. There's a few things I hope to clear up.

1. Does Ford Vehicle have battery low voltage protection? e.g in case the camera drains the battery to a low voltage ,will it shut down? If not, a external device will be required(automatically cut down the power for the camera).

2. Does the fuse box have a tap point that is always powered on?

1. No, not that I'm aware of. My battery drained enough not to start when I had a wireless "show n go" license plate bracket. (had to remove it)

2. Yes, Check your manual for the best fuse to use.
