Cutting stock GT bumper for quad tips.

I would like to know if any of you with a stock GT bumper have dared to cut it for the quad tips. I would like to do it but have no clue as to what to tool to use.

I used a dremmel for mine, It was not that hard to do. Just make sure you make a stencil of some sort or make sure that both sides are equal some how or you will not be happy, i plan on using weatherstripping or u-channel of some sort to go around the edges to give it a little "spice" as far as looks go
