I have a custom carbon wheel with the shift lights from S550 euros on my 21 GT Premium. I was having trouble with the shift lights connecting/getting info, and got a new OBD2 module for the wheel, however that has not made any difference. The wheel is wired up correctly and gets power, but only displays a mustang logo on the screen at the top of the wheel, and does not display anything else at any point. I'm not sure quite what to do at this point and their customer service hasn't been much help. Would appreciate any input at all. Thank you

Never seen one of these but that's a pretty cool idea. I like that they have an option to keep the heated wheel. Got any pics of yours?

I have zero idea how to troubleshoot your issue but my mind goes straight to wiring. Are you sure you have the smart box connected correctly? It sounds like power is working. Does the screen work if you cover the daylight sensor on the dash? Maybe it just takes a minute to boot up?

That sounds like an issue with the box that plugs into the OBD2 port since that's what's sending all the info to the steering wheel. The wiring behind the wheel is just for the power to the LED's. Mine was a huge PITA so I had a friend install it and it only gets power during the day (something related to the daylight sensor and the lights to the button on wheel).
