Custom brace for bumper

I bought a mach 1 bumper for my gen 2 but the belly pan wont fit on it i tried with a 2017 style and a 2018 style belly pan, neither would fit on it and it had a extended lip on it too but at highway speeds it folds in and the lip got yanked off because of this, was wondering if anyones made like a custom brace to prevent the bumper from flexing into itself

I don’t have fender liner either if this helps but heres a pic of the bumper doing another flex while accelerating

You can see it fold or bend by the fender
Any help would be appreciated
