So are your seats going to be all black with a different color stitching? Or will the front sides of the seats be a completely different color (like red or white)?

Black Natual grain leather white contrast stitching, some call it more of a off white silver stitching. Also soft touch upper trim on door panels and stitching across top of dash panel.
