Don't worry, your dates will push out when it finally transitions to 'In Transit'. It's the same for everyone.

Date dropped from 11/10 to 11/07, still seems pretty conservative for convoy (truck) distance.

Dates have went both ways, move forward pushed back. Cotus is anything but accurate when it comes to dates especially ultimate delivery dates. Your dealer or Ford service are going to have the most reliable information.
