I have 40 cars on my list with 10/21 build-dates, and none have a date yet in the 2nd box on COTUS... believe me, I'm watching!

This is perfectly normal... as I've said before, some are built 1 day, 2 days, 3 days, 4 days late... (average of 1.5 days late).

What is Ford Service's reaction if we ask about the status of a stock order?

From what I understand, it's a frowned-upon practice.

I told the dealer to order it as retail, but they went ahead and placed it as stock anyway.

Before we lost the source code, I went through all the Retail orders on my list and found 87 with build dates of 10/27.

32 of the 87 (36.8%) got a date of 10/20 in the first box of COTUS with an estimated build date of 10/27.

13 of the 87 (14.9%) got a date of 10/21 in the first box with an estimated build date of 10/28.

That leaves 42 cars (48.3%).

If history repeats itself, some of those 42 will get dates tomorrow, some on Thursday, and some on Friday.

Already tried my dealer code..and the fleet code (which was rearranged ?) to reset the password using the "Q&A". Didn't work. Y'all can have a go!

Dealer finally called me back and said my build date is 10/27 but the car will not be ready to.ship.until 11/17.

Sounds like complete bs to me. Can anybody investigate this information for me? My vin is
