Ford Service cant figure anything out on it and dealer doesnt have a clue either.

I can understand for 12 days i had no clue wat the hell si going on in my life... i was stompin everywhere... try conatcting ford on facebook..

To those of you stuck in Delaware: there is hope.

My sales guy sent me pics of my car, it JUST arrived. Meanwhile COTUS is still showing as "in transit".

Bad news is, he's saying I can't take her home until Monday. I could barely hear him on the phone but he said something about his billing agent not being there tomorrow to process the car? Not sure what the deal is, but I plan on putting up a fight to take her home tomorrow. Why take a day off work when I shouldn't have to?

im pretty sure wilmington is the last stop and then they get picked up via truck after. but nobody has any further info on it.

Ha, I was just there! (on my twice a day drive by) They say they cant do anything...its in the hands of a third party transport company...ugh

Thats like ordering something on amazon, you never getting it, then amazon saying, well its in the shipping hands, they have nothing to do with it now. That is 100% BS, its their car until you pay for it, and they have everything to do with getting it to you.

I agree, it's not like this is a new thing.

Dealers work with these shipping companies on a daily basis. They know who to call, know who to ask questions, etc.

My dealer called the shipping contact the day it got to Portland off the train to find out when it would be delivered. He put him on speaker phone so I could hear the conversation. It's not a new thing to them.

Something is definitely off.

My dealer said there are no deliveries on the weekends, so the earliest I could get the car is Monday...

mine says that Wilmington DE is the last train stop and it take 3-5 days for it to get to him via truck.
