Cruise control problem

Hello. I put the supercharger on the car. Everything is fine with one exception. The car was manufactured for Europe and the engine software had to be changed. There is a problem with the cruise control. Only works in 2nd and 3rd gear. On 4,5 and 6 it doesn't work. The car has a manual gearbox. Any ideas?

You can try pulling the negative battery terminal and doing a reset may get you back in business. Sounds like the ECU got hosed up. Was there a tune involved?
