I ordered a GT PP on 12/10. I currently drive a 2010 RT. How is the power difference between the 392 and the GT? I ask because I'm having second thoughts, and am considering going with a 2015 RT Scat Pack
The power is different.. Compared to the R/T the 392 is best described as more.... More everything.
Compare the 392 to the 5.0 and the coyote is waaay down on torque so it feels slower but has a way wider power band so it feels much quicker if that makes sense.

Both great motors. 392 feels like a sledge hammer and the coyote a jackhammer

The Challenger is definitely a beast. I would have happily picked up a scat pack if the S550 wasn't so impressive.

Congrats and welcome to the club:cheers: NOW POST SOME PICTURES!!!:D

Wait a minute! So are you saying that the PP only comes with Manual transmission?

This is something new for me, and now I understand why the PP is not offered in my country. Manual transmission is not offered at all, only Automatic.
really??? your country dictates the transmission?!?!?!!

Im having the same problem, SRT 392 or GT. I'm getting closer to the SRT simply because it seems more bang for the buck as compared to the GT. Yes it costs more, but I get more such as the 8 speed transmission, Brembo brakes, sunroof, 18 speakers sound system, and to say the least a more spacious interior.

Don't get me wrong, I love the Mustang but without the PP I feel like I'm not getting the complete package.

Tough decision. Anyone who got both could help?

Sad but true, simply because there's only ONE dealer for every brand. They charge and order whatever they want. Barely anyone buys a car with a manual transmission over here, and TBH even if it was offered I wouldn't go for it, I use my car as a DD and I'm in traffic a total of 2 and half hours every day.
But that's not the only problem. I also have no control over the optional features. Simply put, I can buy what the dealer is offering for whatever price. Monopoly really.

I think the Challenger (at least SRT8 + models) is great, but it's a heavy bastard. You can definitely feel the difference in corners. If you commute on the highway every day, it's a definite contender I think as a cruising car. I haven't driven [in] them a ton, but the Mustang definitely seems more composed as a sports car if you enjoy the twisties or track.
Ok i don know..... one of my frnz in my work place has a SRT and he drove GT at some dealership... and he was all praises for GT... even though he is hardcore SRT lover and will never leave it... but he was really impressed by handling and stuff.
