Creaking from passenger side footwell

I've only owned my 18 for approximately a month and am starting to notice a creaking noise coming from the passenger footwell area on bumps and road irregularities. I looked under the car and noticed a few of the plastic clips were loose and missing. The dealer wound up replacing the pins which stopped the issue for a few days. Now the sound is back and both myself and the dealer are stumped. Has anyone else had a similar issue?
