Does anyone know if the two cooling fans are supposed to run at the same speed? One of my fans is running much slower that the other. For awhile it would make a grinding noise every time I turned off the car (after running the air conditioner). The noise has now stopped which I thought was a good thing but maybe not. And yesterday I noticed a bad smell when starting up air conditioner. Kind of burning rubber smell. Any thoughts?
