I live in New Jersey, and I would like to put a Cold Air intake with tune on my 2023 Mustang GT.
Does anyone know of one that is legal in New Jersey. I had one years ago on my 2005 GT and I
had to remove it and put settings back to factory before going through inspection.
Then put Cold Air back and tune it after inspection. I don't want to have to do that again.

Thanks for any suggestions

Many of them say "no tune required" and have a spacer ring include for that purpose

If you restrict the intake diameter (so that no tune is required), it is 100% certain that you will not be improving performance at all. Makes the ā€œupgradeā€ pretty much pointless.

Of course. But some people just want a different look under the hood. Look at all the S650 guys buying the aftermarket dual intakes...

Yeah, like I said, Pointless. I can’t imagine spending hundreds of dollars to dress up your engine compartment.
