I understand the thought process here, but most shops will charge you for a retune when you add parts, which can start to add up fast. Technology has really come a long way in the past few years when it comes to E-tuning and there are a lot of success stories on this forum.Thanks. I definitely missed that update info. I've considered an E-tune and might go that route still, I just really wanted a local shop to be able to go with any questions, upgrades, new tunes and whatever.
You are going to have a hard time finding someone local that has experience with these cars. They aren't like Subaru's, Mitsubishis, Honda's, and GM's. I have tuned basically every vehicle platform under the sun and Ford is completely different. Most tuning shops say they tune it then produce worse results than just an off the shelf tune.Thanks.
