My clock did not spring forward for DST as I thought it would.
It gave me the option of GPS time set, I tried it and it said GPS time unavailable. This is with the Nav running.
I could set it manually, but how do I synch it with the GPS so it adjusts the time continually?

Mine did the same, I love this car but they do have a lot to learn about little things from other car makers. You just need to advance the hour manually

You can't.
I mean how hard is it to go into the menu and change it?

Yeah, but twice a year? That's just asking too much. I mean, I got things to do, I can't be wasting 10 seconds like that.

More accurately, if my Nokia brick phone in 2001 would do it, so should my 2016 Mustang :)

I think another thread explored this last year, and the consensus was that Sync 2 didn't support automatic DST adjustments. Not sure about Sync 3. ;)

Sync 3 would only sync time to GMT when you click Sync to GPS. No DST either.

You change the time on the oven, microwave, thermostat, and clocks right?

Yes, but those devices do not have GPS navigation, satellite radio, and bluetooth (any of which could help). My ten year old Garmin knows what time it is, why can't my car?

That said, it is annoying to "set clock to GPS time" and end up with wrong time zone.
