Clickable forum navigation links not active anymore

I could've sworn I was able to click on the links highlighted in the pic to take me to the main forum, can you please make them clickable again

The links are clickable, but there's something strange about them. The hyperlink seems to be a bit above the text, so that the text itself appears to be non-clickable.

If you touch the text, the cursor won't change and the link won't work:

But if you aim a bit higher, it will work:

There's just a very, very narrow space that's clickable. If you go just one or two pixels higher or lower than the perfect spot, the little hand will disappear. This makes the whole process a bit fiddly and gives you the impression that the hyperlink is missing altogether.

Edit: strangely, this only seems to happen in Chrome. In Safari everything works normally.
