...or on the MAF sensor. Over-oiling an oiled air filter will kill a MAF sensor. I have dry aftermarket filters on all of my cars, more for convenience of not having to buy replacement filters than for the negligible performance gains.I opted for the non-oiled one since i didn't want to take any chances on possible oil getting inside the throttle body.
