Cleaning door panel insert

Hi all:

Does anyone know how to properly clean out the scuff in the door panel inserts? I'm having a hard time finding something that is even vaguely effective.

It doesn't seem too bad, judging from the pictures.

I clean the inside with just an interior cleaner (Adams Polishes).

I'm sure most interior cleaners with a microfiber towel should take that off!
