I'll second all the comments on here, bought some great kit through CJPP and absolutely love the website, its very easy to navigate and use compared to others out there....

However the postage is an absolute KILLER!

My last order was a Covercraft 200 car cover and the relatively small Whiteline transmission rubber mount and the postage was $99USD!
The box was also waaaay bigger then it needed to be which must increase the shipping cost, probably not so much of a big deal freighting in the US but it makes a difference coming all the way here and could be improved.

My first order was all stuffed up, 3-4 months wait for paddle shifter extension, and Lloyds floor Mats delayed too.
So i cancelled the floor mats order for all our 3 cars. I was disappointed.
But rest of the Orders were quick, Customer support experience was also improved, Especially Tony has been quite helpful.
Dave does a nice job handling all the enquiries, issuing discount codes to customers via this Forum and may be doing a lot more than we know. He needs to be invited to Australia too.
And there are few other staff members too, who we never have direct interaction with and they do a nice job in the background to get these parts in time to us.
Only complaint is the postage which is an absolute killer for us. But overall experience is quite good so far, except the first one.

I live in Central Queensland and would love to open an all mustang store and call it
CQ Pony parts..........and be there Australian distributor sister store with the help of CJ's of course.
