Currently the CB006 is only available for the GT and ECO boost mustangs due to clearance issues. The CB007 is a great piece for GT350 mustangs but, having tried to put a CB006 on my V6 that the fitment is so close. I was thinking if the V6 crowd on here showed BMR some interest that maybe they would consider looking at it again. I have already shot Kelly at BMR an email to see what the prospects of this are. The CB006 is one of the most successful aftermarket parts for the Mustang in terms of sales and performance for your money, I think to have it available for the V6 would be awesome!

Is that the same as this? They look very similar.

Edit: nvm I see you have it already installed. But my question remains.
The BMR version of this type of brace connects to the LCS brackets instead of the frame so it provides more support at where deflection begins.

I received the second production run and was one of the first to contact BMR of the clearance issue.
To clear the pan and drain plug would really be a rework of the whole lay out. I was impressed with the construction except I felt the holes for the connecting arm bolts were enlarged too much. Kinda heavy also. Both Steeda and BMR offer a 2 point brace.

I was the V6 test fit vehicle for the CB006 and I really think it wouldn't be too major a rework. Just moving the V arms out .5 inches each and subsequent changes to the supporting bars and cylindrical LCA mount areas.

When I called BMR after delivery they were totally clueless it wouldn't fit the V6. When were you the test fit vehicle? My order was in late April

Hey Kelly! Any chance of this happening, even as a limited run?
