Catalytic Converter vs Resonator

Where are the Catalytic converters on our exhaust system? Correct me if I'm wrong but are those two rather large rectangular shaped apparatus' connected to the exhaust pipes that are visible midsection underneath the car are "JUST" resonators right!? The Cats are located elsewhere!?

I just want to be sure that I dont remove the CATs as it will cause warranty and/or emissions issues.
