Don't forget the fact that you can shed about 30 pounds by removing the stock cat back and going aftermarket.

30 pounds is a good amount of horsepower offset. So while they really don't make that much power there are other positives beyond the sound.
That is very true. I couldn't believe how heavy the resonator was and the stock mufflers weight is what really surprised me. They were much heavier than what I expected. The Spintechs I had installed were 1/2 the weight or better.

Someone here on this thread scaled his car which is the same as mine 401a, 68b, reverse sensing, active alarm and performance pack no recaros no active cruise no extra chrome from the 50th aniv package and it weights 3815 with full tank of fuel. With 100% loaded no recaros i m guessing the car will weight even more. The limited edition ones has to be the heaviest them all.
Yea I should be in around 1785 I think the recaros will save at least 30 pounds. My bad 3785 lol.

I had my Ford Racing Touring exhaust put on Saturday. It feels like it's breathing a little better and shifts seem smoother. Who knows if it really gained anything but it feels like it did a little. It's going to take me a while to get used to the noise these put out though.
