I did it myself and it wasnt bad... little bit of a pain but some things that might make it easier.

Make sure the car is as high as possible while being secure.. I used 4 jack stands and put ramps under the tires as extra insurance

I used a small floor jack with a piece of wood under the resonator to support it when I brought it down. It was actually not as heavy as I thought. You could just let it down on your chest but the jack wont hurt. Def is lighter then the C6 in my foxbody when I drop it lol.

Leave everything semi loose till you get the alignment you want.

I jacked mine back up a week later and rechecked all the fittings and made sure I still had no contact anywhere with rearend ect.

Good luck and hopefully its not 100 degrees like when I did mine.

IMO make sure you dont have any other mods you want to do at the same time.. like shifter or brackets or jacking rails ect.. might as well do it all while its up on stands!

I did with just jack stands, a little heavy but not a big deal. Just make sure there is room behind the car to slide the factory exhaust out.
I cut each side in 2 places with a sawzall. It cut easily and was easy to remove in the 3 parts per side. FYI stock GT muffler sets are so plentiful it is hard to give them away, so don't worry about ruining it for resale. Even so the cuts are clean and would easily reweld, if necessary.

30 minutes tops! prob the easiest mod to do. Dropping the stock is the only PITA by your self. Also, lining up the new exhaust so it looks good from the back can be a little challenging by yourself. Otherwise its a two socket job.
