We suspect the European parts have to go through the UK :frusty: So if they are in stock there, it's super fast. If they're not... you're screwed. Know somebody that's been waiting over 2 months for one :tsk:

Just for everyone's info...Carbon Dynamics does NOT make the steering wheel...and most likely does not make any other of the products. They just source the stuff from overseas and market it as their own products.

Why do I tell you this? Because you can get these parts from other, more reputable, businesses. DO NOT waste you money with CD, they have no idea how to run a business nor do they have any idea where their butts end and their heads begin.

As I was interested and a lot of people have asked the steering wheel on the CD site is $510 but it is a modification of your own steering wheel which you send to them and wait 4 weeks for return.

My experience with CD was both poor service and poor quality. The GT350R spoiler they sent me was complete garbage. Lot's of messages telling me "no problem, just send it back for a refund". I ultimately had to dispute the charge to get a partial refund.

Sorry to clog up your thread like this. I just don't feel it's right to not inform people about the company they might be dealing with when it's pretty obvious so many of their customers did not have a good experience.

This is a joke right? I have to question your sanity if you want to promote the products of a business who's customer service is so atrocious that their very name is mud on this forum.

I wouldn't order from them if they were the only company offering those parts....btw, they aren't. Kudos that you want to help Euro owners, but Carbon Dynamics is a horrible company and have no business being IN business.

Really appreciate all your comments about this company. I've read and heard a lot of things too about the problems of communication with customer but this is the first time I read the problem of quality. Maybe other products like spoiler, fenders are designed with poor quality but the steering wheel seems to be the product with the most positive feedback.

After all, you said we can find another place to buy this stuff. Now, do someone has a link for a GOOD company where we can buy a steering wheel like this one ?

Just like [MENTION=14834]John577[/MENTION], I'd like to thank those warning. It's not clogging at all. That's what a forum like this is for I'd say. Actually, you guys may have just saved my ass.

If I had any idea it was this bad (or had bad products at all for that matter), I would have never thought about it nor contacted them in the first place nor mentioned it here.

Nevertheless, there seems to be interest in products alike here in Europe as well. It might take some time, but I'll try and see if I can find a solution. This time with an honest company with good quality products obviously.
