Is this is a visual inspection or are they connecting to ODB2 and checking engine parameters or analyzing exhaust gases? Legally it can't pass visual, anything that is modified other than cat-back exhaust, must have an EO to be legal, along with the decal showing the EO. OBD port just shows the monitors so that doesn't mean much on modified vehicles.
