Car starting problems

I have at 2017 GT and recently got it tuned with bigger injectors to run E85 it was having problems starting and would spudder and after a drive when I start the car it would shut off but start back up with no problem my tuner recommended that I replace the fuel pump so I replaced it and the problems went away for a while but now they are back I was wondering maybe do I need to do an upgraded fuel pump or could it be something else
