Sync 3 software update for 2016s?

Their stock nav software is such a PAIN to use. Searching for places by name or address often come up with no results. You have no idea how many times I spend 15+ minutes trying to enter the destination into that stupid Nav. And the route it directs me to is so unnecessary. Please give me Android Auto!

Ford is using the First Dynasty Incan calendar, so it's summer till Dec 15th ...

or maybe even mayan calendar, they go by predicting the seasons
