Have I hit a storage limit or is there a problem with the page?

There is no storage limit per user or anything like that. Is it an image (.jpg/.gif)? Try sizing down the file and try again.

I can't even get that far... when I click the browse button, nothing happens.

I tried clearing my cache, restarting the browser (IE11 on win7), restarting the computer, and even installing Win updates, all with no change.

This all worked just fine not even a week ago. :shrug:

Definitely an IE/Win problem. I was able to attach just fine from Chrome.
