Can't See Latest Posts

All of the sudden I can't see the latest posts only for the Off-Topic area. I can see all the rest when they pop up every 30 seconds. Any thoughts on what I did? Am I banned from seeing those for some reason?

So this is getting worse. All notifications are on but I cannot even see my own threads I am making on the front page as well as certain sections. It’s a pain to go searching to see if there are new posts in the sections I can’t see. I guess I will see if it fixes itself or if others are experiencing the same.
