My '18 GT Premium was built May 10 and went 'in transit' to Vancouver May 18. That was 39 days ago. As of yesterday, the car is sitting in a rail car just outside Vancouver with no EDD. The original EDD was June 10.
The possible reasons for the delay are many.....shortage of Canadian rail cars, Vancouver storage lots are over flowing, not enough car haulers to move cars out of the lots to dealers, etc., etc.
My dealer is now telling customers that they can expect U.S. factory orders to the west coast to take from 4-5 months from order to delivery. Hard to rationalize considering my 2007 GT500 was 35 days from build date in Flat Rock to my garage.
Anybody else waiting for their Canadian delivery of an '18?
